Perdaman is proud to announce the acquisition of a new childcare adding to our commercial property portfolio.
Subject to regulatory approval, Insight Early Learning Port Coogee will open in January 2020 (subject to Service Approval) adjacent to the Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre and just up the road from the Port Coogee Marina.
The two-level centre will feature a stunning contemporary design by the imaginative architects at iWolff Atelier. The landscape specialists at Site Image have designed the playscape to echo the beach environment, which will be our “third teacher.” In addition, we have engaged a renowned architecture firm specializing in early education to create a line of bespoke furniture designed specifically to complement the Insight education philosophy.
The centre will offer a bush and beach preschool program for children to stimulate their natural curiosity and inspire learning.
